Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may verify, restrict or remove accounts that contain misleading information or violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of portfolio images, videos, resumes, listings and other material you upload. You confirm that you own this content or have permission to use it, and grant Talent World permission to display and process it for operating and promoting the platform.
Opportunities and professional dealings
Talent World provides discovery, listing and communication tools. We do not guarantee casting, selection, employment, payment, project completion or the conduct of another member. Users must independently verify opportunities, identities, contracts and payment terms before making commitments.
Payments and memberships
Prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase. Third-party payment providers may process transactions. Except where required by law or expressly stated for an offer, completed membership payments are non-refundable.
Prohibited use
Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud or misleading opportunities.
Uploading unlawful, infringing, harmful or unauthorised content.
Scraping, disrupting or attempting unauthorised access to the platform.
Using member information for spam or purposes unrelated to professional collaboration.
